01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the hari88 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided through our platform. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or begin using any part of the hari88 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please cease using the hari88 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Hari88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except in cases of material changes which will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the hari88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date;
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not a resident or citizen of a country where online gaming activity is strictly prohibited;
• Never previously had a hari88 account terminated due to a terms violation;
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at hari88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. hari88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, and failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

03 User Account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hari88 account username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, whether or not you are aware of it.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security;
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices;
• Notify the hari88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Hari88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure. hari88 will never ask for your password via email or Live Chat — if anyone does so on behalf of hari88, it is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions at hari88 are processed through licensed and secure payment channels. Our platform supports FPX, direct bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost for the convenience of our Malaysian members.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM 10 per transaction;
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: RM 30 per transaction;
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 5 to 15 minutes for local banks after KYC verification is complete;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name;
• Hari88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits;
• Withdrawals will not be processed if fraudulent activity is suspected until the investigation is complete.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Hari88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, VIP offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective offer.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements;
• The wagering (rollover) requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the respective promotions page;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses obtained through improper methods or system abuse will be voided;
• Hari88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice;
• Members found using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses will have their membership terminated.

Hari88's decisions regarding bonus claims are final. If you have any dispute relating to a bonus, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the incident date for an investigation to be conducted.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the hari88 platform — including slots, fish shooting, table games, bingo, and sports betting — operate using independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG). This ensures every game result is completely random and fair for all players.

The general game rules at hari88 are as follows:

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified;
• In the event of a technical failure during an ongoing game, hari88 will review the server records to determine the valid outcome;
• Wins resulting from software errors or system malfunctions will not be recognised and are subject to cancellation;
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface;
• Hari88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or update purposes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following is a list of conduct strictly prohibited on the hari88 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation;
• Money laundering through the hari88 platform;
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for unfair advantage;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards staff or other members;
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.

Hari88 cooperates with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to report any suspected unlawful activity. All transactions are continuously monitored by our fraud detection system.

08 Account Termination

Hari88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity;
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe;
• Instructions from authorities or regulatory bodies;
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the hari88 support team. Valid balances will be returned to the member once all necessary checks have been completed, within 5 business days.

09 Limited Liability

The hari88 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, hari88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information contained therein.

Hari88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies;
• Internet connection failure on the member's end;
• Valid game results are determined in accordance with the established rules;
• Actions by third parties including payment providers and game suppliers;
• Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the member.

10 Privacy & Data

Hari88 respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy ours which form part of this Agreement.

By using the hari88 platform, you agree to hari88 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

Hari88 is strongly committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

12 Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which the hari88 platform operates. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
